What is included in the price?
The price includes the accommodation, Value Added Tax and breakfast (check for each hotel individually what type of breakfast is served) All the other costs, like telephone calls, minibar, ...need to be paid directly to the hotel.

Is the price per room or per person?
The shown price is per room.

General remark: hotel rooms in London are usually of a smaller size compared to other cities. Many hotels are converted residential buildings and rooms can have different sizes.

Twin / Double rooms: Suitable for two people. Contain either one double bed or two separate beds depending on availability.

Single room: Contains one single bed. Suitable for one person.

Triple room: Contains twin or double bed/s + extra bed, or two double beds. Most hotels do not have one full size bed for each guest in their triple rooms.

Quad room/ Twin or Double Room with 2 Children:Contains twin or double bed/s and/or extra/sofa bed/ rollaway. Hotels will not always be able to supply full size beds for all guests.

Twin/Double + 1 child: Twin or Double room with an extra bed suitable for a child aged between 2-10 years.

Babycot: most hotels provide a babycot, usually free of charge or for a small supplement. If you require q cot, please indicate this on your booking form.

Star ratings are used to symbolise the overall quality, level of service, food standard and range of facilities available in any given hotel property. The criteria applied within each country will vary depending on the specific requirements established by the relevant issuing body.

All cancellations have to be notified immediately by email.

All cancellations more than 48 before arrival are fully refundable, and a refund on the credit/debit card will be processed within 15 days.

All cancellations made within 48 hours before arrival, the charge for the first nights accommodation will be charged. The remaining nights if any will be refunded.

Amendments are subject to availability and carry a supplement of £5.

If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive or you leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, then you will only be entitled to cancel or amend the booking from the time when MyLondonHotels receives notification from you during working hours. All such cancellations and amendments are subject to you incurring the charge for the next twenty-four hours accommodation after receipt of notification.

Any Cancellations or amendments notified directly to the hotel or other accommodation will not be effective

Breakfast is included in the accommodation, unless stated otherwise

The different breakfast types are:
Continental: usually self service, contains cereal, coffee, tea, milk, juice, toasted bread and jam.

English breakfast: variety of condiments, breads, usually includes yogurt, eggs, cheeses, bacon.
