Use of Site
The Client may only use the website to make legitimate inquiries or bookings and hereby undertakes not to make any speculative, false or fraudulent booking or any booking in anticipation of demand.
Making a Booking
The Client acknowledges that he/she understands that by clicking on the said "Confirm & Pay" button, he/she is authorizing MyLondonHotels to make the booking and to debit his/her credit card in the manner indicated on the website. On your credit or debit card statement, the charge will be made under our trading name Direct-Hotels.com
Group Bookings
From 20 persons onwards, the client will be considered as a "group". Prices and terms and conditions (payment, cancellations...) governing group reservations will be negotiated for each reservation separately
Vouchers
Once the Client has clicked the "Confirm & Pay" button as above, the Client must print an electronic confirmation showing the details of the booking. This confirmation forms the basis of the contract for the booking. The client acknowledges that it is his/hers responsibility to print and check the confirmation and to ensure that all of the details contained are correct and accommodation can only be provided in accordance with the details outlined in the confirmation, where the details of the confirmation are not correct. The client should contact comeuk.com on MyLondonHotels so that the details can be corrected. The confirmation should be presented at the hotel reservation desk upon arrival as proof of reservation and payment.
Prices and Payment
The price for the services provided by MyLondonHotels is as specified on the booking form. Payment must be made in full by credit card at time of booking. Prices quoted are (unless otherwise specified) to cover room, breakfast, local services and taxes. MyLondonHotels endeavours at all times to charge discounted prices. Where the Client should see a published room rate which is lower than the price paid to MyLondonHotels for the room booked and is unhappy with the same, they should check, prior to making a complaint to MyLondonHotels, whether the published room rate relates to room only or room, breakfast, local services and taxes as per the Client's booking with MyLondonHotels. Furthermore during trade fairs or other festivals, hotels often impose supplements or do not give usual reductions so that the price paid by the Client may be higher than the hotel's published rate. The Client acknowledges that MyLondonHotels does not have any control over this.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation of individual reservations: Every cancellation made prior to 48 hours before arrival, will be refunded, except for a £10 administration fee. Every cancellation made within 48 hrs prior to arrival will be charged according the hotel policy, which usually is 1 night's accommodation.
2. Cancellation of group reservation: subject to the negotiated terms and conditions.
Amendments
All amendments are subject to availability in the requested hotels, and are subject to an administration fee of £10 to be paid extra.
